loneliness, and functional health were included as covariates.

individuals aged 50 and older.

BEYOND AGEISM CARDS are research based data that challenges limiting notions about aging and death.

WISDOM CARDS are quotes that inspire. You draw one to spark a new perspective on the question you have drawn.

QUESTION CARDS are the heart of the game. They prompt you to examine your past and discover what really matters now.

EXPERIENCE CARDS are two minute relaxing group activities that take you from thinking to being present.

WILD CARDS are when you want more time, answer a question you didn’t draw, or want input from other players.
